Head of School: Joel H. Weiss

Joel is a former teacher and principal in the Buffalo Public School system as well as the former principal of two elementary schools and one middle school in Clarence. He is also a former president of Temple Beth El.

Joel is married to Elinor, has two daughters, two sons-in-law, three beautiful grandchildren, one of which is a student at Kadimah.

He is currently co-president of the Western New York Middle School Principals' Association and represents that group as middle level liaison to the State Education Department.

Joel is the author of approximately 25 plays for adults and children and is the co-owner of a trotting race horse ? On With The Show.
